Claims

Our objective is to manage all claims efficiently in order to minimise damage and loss and resultant insurance premiums, to deliver timely and accurate claims management reports and deliver access to reliable claims management systems and procedures.

We give problem claims real attention and through our dealings with all the major insurers we command direct access to their senior management to resolve problem claims. With some we also have online access to your claim file.

Our experience is that the first 48 hours of loss is critical and can dramatically affect the outcome of the claim.

During this period it is important that these following steps are undertaken:

  1. Engage Principal Adjusters/Claims Preparers
  2. Advise Insurers
  3. Establish internal claim contact protocols
